The streets are yours thanks to the 1040Wh Samsung battery. Ride all day and through the night with its 32 miles of range on full electric and up to 78 miles of provided range with level 1 assistance. When you run out of juice the provided fast charger tops up your battery in just 4-5 hours.

Bright LCD display with a USB Port, LED lights and a futuristic look. All the controls of the bike are on the handlebar together with a screen that shows all the metrics you need at a glance also in bright daylight. What’s more the bike can be controlled by using our C3Strom app available for iOS and Android devices.

The battery and other components are enclosed and safeguarded by a sleek and sturdy aluminum alloy frame. This ride is smooth and sturdy thanks to the frame, comfortable silicone saddle, puncture-resistant street tires, hydraulic front fork, and optional rear rack.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

What about the e-bike lights?

The bike has C3STROM-exclusive design lamps. This includes 130 LUX super bright headlights, with adjustable high and low beams. It is also equipped with front and rear turn signals recessed tail lights which activate upon braking and turn running lights.

Can someone easily steal my battery?

You can lock the battery into the frame, making it harder for someone to steal your battery.

Are ASTRO PRO e-bikes street legal?

The C3STROM e-bike is a Class 3 at the factory. It is electronically limited to 750 watts and 28 mph to comply with Class 3 rules. However, if you want to ride on hills or another terrain, we offer off-road mode, which you can unlock via the app. Ultimately, of course, you must check your state/local e-bike laws to ensure compliance.

What assembly do I need to do?

What are the height and weight limits for riders?

C3STROM e-bike frame comes in one size for riders with a height from 5′ 3″~6′ 3″. The weight limit is about 300 lbs (135 kg).

Order Confirmation:

We understand that getting your items quickly is important to you, so we make every effort to process your order as soon as possible.

As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation email.  This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase.  As soon as we receive your order, we automatically reach out to our suppliers to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment.  If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via email.  If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 5 business days), we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.

Order Shipment:

If your order is stock and we process the charges to your credit card, it will ship within five business days from the date of your order.  We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out.  If you do not receive tracking information from us within six business days of your order, feel free to follow up with us at info@urban-ebikes.com

Shipping Times:

We provide ground shipping  to the lower 48 states. Orders to AK & HI are shipped by AIR at additional cost.  You may contact as at info@urban-ebikes.com to obtain rates for those shipments.

Shipping to the lower 48 states usually takes between 3 to 5 business days but you should allow 3 to 10 business days depending on the carrier we use (FedEx, UPS and/or USPS) and delivery location.

Damages:

Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery.  If your item(s) do arrive damaged, please send photos to info@urban-ebikes.com and we will process an insurance claim on your behalf.

Cancellations & Refunds:

All orders canceled after 24 hours are subject to up to a 20% administration fee, whether or not your order has shipped. If your order has shipped, you (the buyer) will also be responsible for actual return shipping charges. Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card that you use when placing your order.

RETURNS

We offer 15 days of receipt free return for all New and Unused items, for a full refund with no restocking fee, less shipping charges. For all returns, return shipping charges are the responsibility of the recipient unless we made a shipping error. We will issue a refund using the same payment method you used originally.

If you wish to make a return outside of the 15-day window, then if the item to be returned is in new and unused condition, you may return the item subject to the return shipping charges and a restocking fee in the amount of twenty percent (20%) of the purchase price.

Refunds will be made to the method of payment used for the order.

No Bike Shop Returns.  Please note that each of our partner bike shops sets its own return and exchange policies and procedures. We do not accept returns of items purchased from bike shops. Please contact the place of purchase to discuss their return policy.

Open Box/Refurbished Bicycle Return Policy

Any items returned in a used condition may be returned within 30 days of purchase subject to the return shipping charges and a restocking fee in the amount of fifty percent (50%)of the purchase price. Items must be free of any damage. Electric bikes must have less than twenty (20) miles on the odometer.

For the purpose of warranty and returns, you are responsible for providing a return shipping box at your expense if you have discarded the original box in which the product was shipped.

Please retain your bike box even if it has been damaged in shipping.

If a return is received without explicit authorization, the shipment is likely to be lost. C3STROM accepts no responsibility for items returned to us without explicit authorization.

WARRANTY

The specific warranty covering your C3STROM bike is governed by the law of the state or country in which it was purchased. It applies only to bicycles purchased from C3STROM or authorized retailers.

If you believe your C3STROM bike has an issue covered by warranty, your first point of contact should be the place where you purchased your e-bike. The place of purchase will facilitate the claim with C3STROM on your behalf.

If you purchased directly from C3STROM, submit a warranty claim using this form. A member of our support team will reach out to you once your claim has been reviewed. 1-year warranty for any C3STROM e-bikes you own.

WARRANTY TERMS

The ‘Limited Warranty is expressly limited to the replacement of a defective lithium-ion battery (the “battery”), forks, stem, handlebar, headset, seat post, saddle, brakes, lights, bottom bracket, crank set, pedals, rims, wheel hub, freewheel, cassette, derailleur, shifter, motor, throttle, controller, wiring harness, LCD display, kickstand, reflectors, and hardware (each labeled a “Covered Component”).

C3STROM-made frames from aluminum are covered by a C3STROM warranty for life.

Only the original owner of an e-bike purchased from C3STROM or an authorized retailer is covered by this ‘Limited Warranty. The ‘Warranty Period’ begins upon receipt of the e-bike. The ‘Warranty Period’ will expire one year after this date or upon the sale or transfer of the e-bike to another person. Under no circumstances shall the Limited Warranty apply to any subsequent owner.

Any material and/or workmanship issues are also covered by the warranty.

This Limited Warranty Does Not Cover

Replaceable parts that degrade from normal wear and tear (including without limitation: tires, tubes, brake pads, cables and housing, grips, chain, and spokes).

Any damage or defects to ‘Covered Components’ resulting from failure to follow instructions in the e-bike owner’s manual, accidents, misuse, neglect, abuse, commercial use, alterations, modification, improper assembly, installation of additional parts and/or accessories not originally intended/compatible with the e-bike as sold, operator error, water damage, extreme riding, stunt riding, and improper follow-up maintenance.

Normal wear and tear of any ‘Covered Component’.

C3STROMwill is not liable and/or responsible for any damage, failure, or loss caused by any unauthorized service or use of unauthorized parts.

The Battery is not covered under the warranty if there is damage resulting from power surges, use of an improper charger, improper maintenance, misuse, normal wear and tear, and water damage.

Shipping Damage

Shipping damage claims are extremely time sensitive. It is your responsibility to immediately inspect the e-bike for damage upon receipt. Damage to a ‘Covered Component’ during shipping is not covered by this Limited Warranty. However, C3STROM will replace such damaged ‘Covered Components’ if you:

Notify C3STROMof a Covered Component damaged in the shipping process within thirty (30) days of receipt of the e-bike

Provide C3STROMwith a dated picture of the damaged ‘Covered Component’

Return all original packaging and paperwork included with the e-bike

Note any immediately recognizable damage on the shipper’s Bill of Lading prior to signing off on the shipment.
