We provide ground shipping to the lower 48 states. Orders to AK & HI are shipped by AIR at additional cost. You may contact as at firstname.lastname@example.org to obtain rates for those shipments.
Shipping to the lower 48 states usually takes between 3 to 5 business days but you should allow 3 to 10 business days depending on the carrier we use (FedEx, UPS and/or USPS) and delivery location.
Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery. If your item(s) do arrive damaged, please send photos to email@example.com and we will process an insurance claim on your behalf.
Cancellations & Refunds:
All orders canceled after 24 hours are subject to up to a 20% administration fee, whether or not your order has shipped. If your order has shipped, you (the buyer) will also be responsible for actual return shipping charges. Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card that you use when placing your order.
Right of refund
1.1. As a consumer, you have a right to request a refund from the date of placing your order until the 14-day period after receiving your purchase.
1.2. The refund period expires 14 days after the day you received your item.
1.3. A refund will only be issued in the period specified in clause 1.1. The notification must be sent to firstname.lastname@example.org with a clear message that you want to use your refund right. You can use the return form in your personal account.
1.4. Products manufactured according to your individual specifications or products which have been made personalized for you are excluded from the right of refund.
1.5. We do not offer a right of refund to business customers (non-consumers).
1.6. When we have accepted your request to refund your purchase, we will send you a specific Return Goods Form.
1.7. If the purchase is made under the "Preorder" scheme, the amount of the first payment is the minimum production cost which is withheld in favor of the Seller and cannot be returned to the Buyer under any circumstances.
Product reimbursement terms
2.1. The Buyer has the right to request a refund within 7 calendar days from the date of order and the Seller will return a full cost of the purchase to the Buyer.
2.2. If the refund is requested after 7 calendar days from the date of order before the shipping date, the Seller returns the money to the Buyer in the amount of the payment made minus the minimum initial fees in the amount of 10% of purchased goods cost.
2.3. If the Buyer requests a refund after the shipping date and before receiving the goods, the Seller returns the money to the Buyer in the amount of payment made minus the initial fees in the amount of 20% of purchased goods cost.
2.4. The refund is made within 30 days from the date of filling out the refund form minus the bank commission for the transfer of funds.
2.5. If the Buyer requests a refund within 14 days after receiving the goods, the Seller returns the money to the Buyer according to the procedure described in paragraph 3 Return policy, in the amount of payment made minus the initial fees in the amount of 20% of purchased goods cost.
3.1. You must send your item back to us no later than 14 days after you have informed us that you wish to cancel your purchase and want to proceed with a refund.
3.2. You must pay the full shipping costs of returning the product. You are responsible for the returned product being packaged securely. You bear the risk of the product from the time of delivery of the product to you through the return of the product to us. Please ensure that the service you use covers the value of the goods in the parcel.
3.3. Because of their nature certain products cannot be returned by normal post. This applies for example to the battery. When returning bicycles and batteries, we recommend using the original packaging which is customized to avoid damaging these items.
Goods return shipment location
4.1. In case of a refund request, you should deliver the item (electric bicycle) to the closest dealer or representative office nominated by the Delfast Company.
The condition of the product when you return it
5.1. The goods must be returned in original packaging with all warranty cards, manuals and accessories. It is your responsibility to ensure that the item is returned to us in a safe and secure manner, we suggest that you use a recorded postal/courier service.
5.2. You are responsible for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling of the goods other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods. In other words – you can test the product in the same way as if you tested it in a physical store, but you are not entitled to put it into real use.
5.3. If the product has been tested in excess of what is described above, we consider it as used product, which means that if withdrawing from the purchase, you can only get part of, or none of, the price reimbursed, depending on the commercial value of the product.
5.4. We recommend returning the item in the original packaging. If the original packaging is missing, it may result in a depreciation of the item value. Specifically, when returning bicycles and batteries in non-original packaging, there is a greater risk that the bicycle parts will be damaged and/or impaired.
Goods inspection and evaluation
6.1. Upon receipt of returned goods within the 30-day period, we will inspect the condition of the returned item.
6.2. Based on returned item’s inspection and its evaluation of possible resale value, we will calculate any loss of value of the returned item within 7 days. Any such loss of value will be deducted from the refund amount.
6.3. Within the 30-days period after goods evaluation we will proceed with a refund.

DELFAST LIFETIME WARRANTY PERIOD
DELFAST lifetime warranty period for claims against material or manufacturing defects.
Every bike has a useful product lifespan. This lifetime warranty is not meant to suggest or imply that the frame or components can never be broken or will last forever. This lifetime warranty covers manufacturing defects that occur within the normal lifespan and use of the product.
Lifetime warranty for:
Paint fading caused by the effects of ultraviolet light (UV) or outdoor exposure is not covered by this lifetime warranty.
DELFAST lifetime warranty period starts from the moment of delivery to the customer and registration of the bike on the website https://my.delfastbikes.com/ and ends when the above period or mileage is passed (depending on which comes sooner).
LABOR COST OR REPAIRS
DELFAST is not responsible for labor costs or repairs and the warranty is limited to the replacement of defective components and parts with those of equal or greater value at the sole discretion of DELFAST.
DELFAST lifetime warranty does not cover against damages caused by normal wear and tear.
DELFAST lifetime warranty does not apply in the event of abuse, neglect, shipping damage, alterations, modifications, misuse or improper assembly, carelessness, replacement with any part or accessory other than original DELFAST parts and products, attempt of reparation or modification unless expressly permitted in writing by DELFAST.
Non-observance of maintenance rules: Neglect of technical condition check, maintenance from an unauthorized dealer, irregular maintenance and selection of consumables/parts not approved by DELFAST, refusal to replace parts or perform necessary services voids the DELFAST lifetime warranty.
DELFAST lifetime warranty is void if the electric bicycle is not connected a GPS tracker or used for other than normal activities, including, but not lifetime to, failing to follow the owner’s manual or using the electric bicycle for rental or commercial activities, stunt riding or in competitive events or training for such activities or events. DELFAST makes no other warranties, express or implied.
DELFAST waives all responsibility for any third party for consequences that might result from the use or handling of any DELFAST product by any legal or natural person.

Had a few delays with shipping which seems normal during the pandemic across multiple industries. About 18 days from order to delivery.
Overall I rate the bike 9/10. It has 5 assist modes and with just using the throttle on levels 3 - 4 (25 - 30mph) I was able to get 90 miles out of a single charge! Amazing for an electric bike.
The only real downside is the alarm built into the bike. I understand the need for an alarm, but it cannot be turned off/disabled and it beeps very loudly every time the bike is turned off or on.
Very happy with the bike and the dual suspension makes a huge difference VS other electric bikes I have ridden in the past.
I received the bike on Friday, put it all together that night, and took it for a drive on Saturday morning and it's going great so far!
The suspension is superb and the range is amazing, I went over 50 miles on it over the weekend and still had about 60% battery left.

Though this tricycle is a bit heavy for me, it did not give me a hard time peddling it, of course, with the help of the 250W motor. My balance is horrible, and I'm not very good at riding a two-wheeled bike, but this electric tricycle gives me comfort and confidence. I don't mind riding and traveling using this tricycle, even on a long-distance ride.
I have health issues and my balance is not good. This tricycle has a low frame to step over. Gears help traversing sidewalks, hills and helping reduce my effort when I am tired. The hand brakes are much more efficient than pedal breaks. Very comfortable ride with no back pain. I have more confidence and my balance is improving!
I was really nervous to get this tricycle because I thought it would be heavy, and although it is, it's not nearly as heavy as I thought it would be. I have so much fun riding this, and I always get compliments from the neighbors.
I didn't think I would want or need an electric tricycle, but its pretty rad now that I have it. can't wait for the weather to warm up a bit more so I can take it out more often
The battery is so easy to remove for recharging, the hardest part is remembering to take it off after my ride! My brother assembled this tricycle for me and he said it wasn't super difficult. It took him about 2 hours. Highly recommend
Unique, comfortable and quite appealing.
Have had my bike long enough to hunt off if it twice. Even on days I don’t hear a gobble, I return to my truck with a smile on my face. Really like the bike. Can go places on it that I could never power through on my mountain bike and don’t have rubbery legs and sweat soaked clothes when set up.
The power for hill climbing the rough terrain in north central MA is incredible. haven't had a hill I couldn't climb, the only issue was the fear of coming back down! The bike handles like a dream! Back in the day i rode mountain bikes 2-3 K miles a season and was very impressed with how this bike handles even being more than twice the weight of a lightweight MB. I switched back to low power to conserve. Battery life and still have plenty of power. Ride it like a bike and pedal, its a lot of fun without the extreme effort.
I recently bought the Mule step through for my wife. This represents a second purchase since three months earlier I purchased a Mule for myself. We have taken several trips with them on wood trails and secondary dirt roads. The bikes are fantastic! The technology is great and the durability is over the top. As we get more accustomed to their performance our satisfaction continues to grow as we experience the bikes capability under different ride conditions.
Easy to assemble. Added all my equipment from my old mountain bike, which was mounted on the handlebars, to the Step Through Mule with plenty of room due the wider handlebars. First couple of trips resulted in adjusting the correct tire pressure for my type of off road conditions. Pulls my cart, tree stand and pack with out difficulty. The power in this bike is amazing, and the petal assist makes easy traveling in sand and grass as if you are on pavement. This has opened a new world for me. Also, as I am a religious wear of Kuiu the bike matches by hunting clothes. Lastly, so happy I order the 24" Step Through as it makes getting on and off so much easier than my 26" mountain bike.
This is an excellent bike and it has the power to get up all the steep mountain roads in my area. I ride it about 18 miles a day for exercise and also ride it for fun with friends. This mid drive has so much more hill climbing power than my other three 750 watt rear hub drive ebikes. The difference between a corvette and a vw bug. Both will get you there, but the Mule does so in comfort. I only had to change out the seat for my personal comfort. I am 70 years old and the Mule ebike makes me feel like I am in my thirties all over again. Some may call it cheating, but I am still getting a workout but can go three times as far as I used to ride using my high end manual mountain bike. Best purchase I have made in years!
