Cancellations & Refunds:
All orders canceled after 24 hours are subject to up to a 20% administration fee, whether or not your order has shipped. If your order has shipped, you (the buyer) will also be responsible for actual return shipping charges. Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card that you use when placing your order.
Right of refund
1.1. As a consumer, you have a right to request a refund from the date of placing your order until the 14-day period after receiving your purchase.
1.2. The refund period expires 14 days after the day you received your item.
1.3. A refund will only be issued in the period specified in clause 1.1. The notification must be sent to email@example.com with a clear message that you want to use your refund right. You can use the return form in your personal account.
1.4. Products manufactured according to your individual specifications or products which have been made personalized for you are excluded from the right of refund.

1.7. If the purchase is made under the "Preorder" scheme, the amount of the first payment is the minimum production cost which is withheld in favor of the Seller and cannot be returned to the Buyer under any circumstances.
Product reimbursement terms
2.1. The Buyer has the right to request a refund within 7 calendar days from the date of order and the Seller will return a full cost of the purchase to the Buyer.
2.2. If the refund is requested after 7 calendar days from the date of order before the shipping date, the Seller returns the money to the Buyer in the amount of the payment made minus the minimum initial fees in the amount of 10% of purchased goods cost.
2.3. If the Buyer requests a refund after the shipping date and before receiving the goods, the Seller returns the money to the Buyer in the amount of payment made minus the initial fees in the amount of 20% of purchased goods cost.
2.4. The refund is made within 30 days from the date of filling out the refund form minus the bank commission for the transfer of funds.
2.5. If the Buyer requests a refund within 14 days after receiving the goods, the Seller returns the money to the Buyer according to the procedure described in paragraph 3 Return policy, in the amount of payment made minus the initial fees in the amount of 20% of purchased goods cost.
3.1. You must send your item back to us no later than 14 days after you have informed us that you wish to cancel your purchase and want to proceed with a refund.
3.2. You must pay the full shipping costs of returning the product. You are responsible for the returned product being packaged securely. You bear the risk of the product from the time of delivery of the product to you through the return of the product to us. Please ensure that the service you use covers the value of the goods in the parcel.
3.3. Because of their nature certain products cannot be returned by normal post. This applies for example to the battery. When returning bicycles and batteries, we recommend using the original packaging which is customized to avoid damaging these items.
Goods return shipment location
4.1. In case of a refund request, you should deliver the item (electric bicycle) to the closest dealer or representative office nominated by the Delfast Company.
The condition of the product when you return it
5.1. The goods must be returned in original packaging with all warranty cards, manuals and accessories. It is your responsibility to ensure that the item is returned to us in a safe and secure manner, we suggest that you use a recorded postal/courier service.
5.2. You are responsible for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling of the goods other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods. In other words – you can test the product in the same way as if you tested it in a physical store, but you are not entitled to put it into real use.
5.3. If the product has been tested in excess of what is described above, we consider it as used product, which means that if withdrawing from the purchase, you can only get part of, or none of, the price reimbursed, depending on the commercial value of the product.
5.4. We recommend returning the item in the original packaging. If the original packaging is missing, it may result in a depreciation of the item value. Specifically, when returning bicycles and batteries in non-original packaging, there is a greater risk that the bicycle parts will be damaged and/or impaired.
Goods inspection and evaluation
6.1. Upon receipt of returned goods within the 30-day period, we will inspect the condition of the returned item.
6.2. Based on returned item’s inspection and its evaluation of possible resale value, we will calculate any loss of value of the returned item within 7 days. Any such loss of value will be deducted from the refund amount.
6.3. Within the 30-days period after goods evaluation we will proceed with a refund.

DELFAST lifetime warranty period for claims against material or manufacturing defects.
Every bike has a useful product lifespan. This lifetime warranty is not meant to suggest or imply that the frame or components can never be broken or will last forever. This lifetime warranty covers manufacturing defects that occur within the normal lifespan and use of the product.

Paint fading caused by the effects of ultraviolet light (UV) or outdoor exposure is not covered by this lifetime warranty.

LABOR COST OR REPAIRS
DELFAST is not responsible for labor costs or repairs and the warranty is limited to the replacement of defective components and parts with those of equal or greater value at the sole discretion of DELFAST.
DELFAST lifetime warranty does not cover against damages caused by normal wear and tear.
DELFAST lifetime warranty does not apply in the event of abuse, neglect, shipping damage, alterations, modifications, misuse or improper assembly, carelessness, replacement with any part or accessory other than original DELFAST parts and products, attempt of reparation or modification unless expressly permitted in writing by DELFAST.
Non-observance of maintenance rules: Neglect of technical condition check, maintenance from an unauthorized dealer, irregular maintenance and selection of consumables/parts not approved by DELFAST, refusal to replace parts or perform necessary services voids the DELFAST lifetime warranty.
DELFAST lifetime warranty is void if the electric bicycle is not connected a GPS tracker or used for other than normal activities, including, but not lifetime to, failing to follow the owner’s manual or using the electric bicycle for rental or commercial activities, stunt riding or in competitive events or training for such activities or events. Had a few delays with shipping which seems normal during the pandemic across multiple industries. About 18 days from order to delivery.
Overall I rate the bike 9/10. It has 5 assist modes and with just using the throttle on levels 3 - 4 (25 - 30mph) I was able to get 90 miles out of a single charge! Amazing for an electric bike.
The only real downside is the alarm built into the bike. I understand the need for an alarm, but it cannot be turned off/disabled and it beeps very loudly every time the bike is turned off or on.
Very happy with the bike and the dual suspension makes a huge difference VS other electric bikes I have ridden in the past.
I received the bike on Friday, put it all together that night, and took it for a drive on Saturday morning and it's going great so far!
The suspension is superb and the range is amazing, I went over 50 miles on it over the weekend and still had about 60% battery left.

I just received my Apex yesterday and am quite impressed. It's a best of all worlds ebike: full suspension, 4.25" fat tires, folding, w/ a 750W motor, sturdy rear rack, and a surprisingly light frame (easy to throw into the back of an SUV, especially if you take off the battery). The frame is also quite attractive, and relatively easy to step-through. I've owned many ebikes over the years, and this one has really hit the sweet spot of all the right features at a really solid value.
Every thing from start to finish with the process of purchase to delivery was great. The bike is everything I hoped.
this is an absolutely beautiful bike. the all black frame is slick as hell. the "gas tank" battery holder, seat, and handle grips are all leather, lending it a stylish retro look. definitely spring for the fenders, rear rack, and panniers, not just for the immense utility, but to complete the "cafe racer" aesthetic. for your money, you'd be hard pressed to find a better ebike with throwback motorcycle styling. people will come up to you to ask what you're riding.
from a technical stand point, it's solid, but leaves something to be desired as far as battery capacity and range. the updates to the LCD display are welcome, and well worth the price jump. the stock seat is comfortable, allowing you to ride for hours on end. the 9 levels of peddle assist will ensure the bike works /for/ you, and not against you. the throttle on the right handle bar will let you pretend to be a moped for a reasonable amount of time, shooting along at 28 - 30mph on flat land, easily, with no pedaling. when riding in a city, your ability to ride at ~30mph will allow you to keep up with slow-to-medium speed traffic, particularly useful in cities with poor bike infrastructure. the powerful LED headlight (styled to look like a motorcycle's) will ensure you are visible at all hours of the day.
however, sadly, the one major drawback is the bike's weight. it's around 70 lbs, with battery. if you're 6'1'' and 220 lbs, like me, you're unlikely to get more than 20 miles out of it on one charge, and even that's pushing it. that said, remember that your weight, your pedal assist level, and the amount of inclines on your ride will vary your experience. i still absolutely consider this bike worth the money, but, don't expect to put in any more than 20 miles on an average ride. if you really have money to burn, buy a back up battery from revi bikes and keep it in your panniers (although also be aware that it's a small hassle to remove the battery, since you'll have to unscrew the "gas tank" casing and unscrew/rescrew the battery within).
if you're wondering whether it's worth spending the extra money to get this over the original cheetah: yes, absolutely. do it, you won't regret it. if you're wondering if this is a good first bike: yes. you will love it. if you're wondering if this is a good new addition to your ebike stable: possibly, depending on what you value in a bike. do you want highly efficient performance machine that can clip along at 15 mph for 40 miles with no breaks? this isn't the machine for you. do you want a gorgeous bike that is competently built, fast, and unbeatably stylish? then buy it, and buy it now.
Shipping box arrived banged up pretty good, the bike inside was perfect. After 70 miles riding I am absolutely thrilled with my bike. Plenty of power and range for cruising around town. My bike is so cool looking and very comfortable to ride. Absolutely love it.

This bike is amazing!! I've only had it a short time, but WOW is it fun to ride!! So far the lonest I've gone is 25 miles with Peddle assist on 2 and didn't even use half of the battery. This Bike is a real joy to ride. The bike comes very well equipped only thing missing is a tail light.
I seen in another group a women in her mid 60s and height of 5’5” having a problem with strength enough to first getting moving on such a heavy bike. So this was my advice. Hope this helps if you are having a similar issue getting rolling. My wife is 5’2”. When she starts she starts in pas 1. Pas 1 which set to 20 percent. Very important to reset each pass level. 20 percent assist is up to a slow trotting speed. So when she first takes off she eases into throttle. Sit on the bike and slightly apply throttle as little as you can. Once you start to move you can begin to peddle or maybe just throttle gently for a while. Set past 2 to 30 percent. After you have momentum switch to pass 2 and bike will assist up to running speed. I would stick to pas 1 and 2 until you are used to the bike. Think of the throttle like a variable speed drill and drill very slowly at first gradually picking up speed. The throttle is youth strength so learn this youth power by easing into it. Now you are riding!
I just received my magicycle ebike. I took it for it’s maiden ride today and I was so impressed. I LOVE IT… Bike is very well made, nice features and so far works great. I just want to let you know how much I enjoyed it. I took it on about a 11 mile trip and it is so much of an improvement over a conventional bike. I am 66 and use to love to ride bikes but all the inclines really wore on my knees and was unable to enjoy the ride, but now with the ebike with PAS it is GREAT. Your product is very good and with the reasonable price point, it will sell to anyone wanting to enjoy riding, I would give it a 100 percent endorsement to anyone. Just wanted to say Thank You!
Received my white step through last night, spent about an hour putting it together. Today I went on my first ride. Ended up going 9 and 1/2 miles. I found it really enjoyable and spent most of the ride in pedal assist level 2 and 3. I have two arthritic hips and by the end of the ride I was started to get a little sore. It was great to be able to have the throttle to go the last half mile! I am completely impressed with the quality of this bike. I really wasn't expecting it to be so substantial and well built.
