For in-stock orders, we'll provide tracking numbers within 5 business days. A shipping confirmation email will be sent to your email once the order has shipped. The carrier is UPS/FedEx. It may take 3-10 days for your shipment to be scanned by UPS/FedEx. For any third-party shipping, we cannot provide any additional shipping information or documentation. Any delivery dates provided by Himiway are estimates.

SHIPPING CHANGES & Order Cancellation
Before shipping
Order Cancellation: If you cancel orders that haven't entered the shipping process yet, 8% of the ebike cost will be charged as a processing fee.
Change of Address: No charge fee.
Replacements and exchanges: No charge fee.
After shipping
Order Cancellation: If your order is shipped and cannot be modified, you may reject the package and 10% of the ebike cost will be charged as a cancellation fee.
Change of Address: If you successfully change your address, $20 will be charged as a processing fee. If you fail to change your address, you may refuse the package and 10% of the ebike cost will be charged as a re shipping fee.
Replacements and exchanges: If you successfully exchange the item, $20 will be charged as a processing fee. If you fail to change, you may reject the package and 10% of the ebike cost will be charged as a re shipping fee.
RETURNS
REFUND POLICY
PRE-ORDER & ORDER CANCELLATION
For all orders( including pre-orders), your credit/debit card will be charged immediately. There will be no delay in payment collection, regardless of when the item is expected to ship.
Any ebike order cancellation before shipment will be charged an 8% process fee, and customers can only get a 92% refund of the total order price.
Any ebike order change such as change of address or exchange for items after shipment will be charged $20 as a change fee.
All cancellations need to be done by email to the Himiway service department. The customers cannot cancel the order by phone. The customers will receive a notification email after the order has been canceled successfully. Otherwise, the cancellation of the order was unsuccessful.
MODEL REPLACEMENT
For non-quality issues, no replacement is possible after 15 days of receiving the product.
To be eligible for a replacement, the bike must be unused, free from dirt, dust, or any fragrances, and in the same packaging and condition that you received it. The mileage on the LCD screen must be less than 10 miles.
For the request of model replacement in 15 days of receiving the product, you will be responsible for paying for shipping both ways, which is $300 in total (shipping cost of returning the received model: $150, shipping cost of delivering the new model: $150). After 15 days, bikes are not allowed to be replaced under any conditions.
EBIKE RETURNS WITHIN THE U.S
Ebikes from Himiway are under FREE returns within 15 days of delivery (only in the U.S). To return an ebike that is not defective or damaged, please contact the customer service team(CST) within 15 days. We do not provide product returns service after 15 days, the same as a refund.
Attention: The shipping cost of returning service will be borne by customers. There are two ways to return the bike:
$150 will be charged as the delivery fees and Himiway will provide shipping labels.
Ships the ebike back to Himiway's warehouse on one's own.
The mileage on the LCD screen of the ebike must be less than 10 miles, there should be no wear, dirt, scratches, fragrance, or any other signs of use. All items received by the customer must be included in the original packaging and in the same condition because they were sent by Himiway.
Before a return is sent, the customer must have written approval of said return from Himiway. If a customer sends a return without the written consent of Himiway, a refund will not be issued and the customer will have to pay for shipping to get the item returned, or sacrifice the item.
For returns agreed by Himiway, please ship the bike after receiving the notification and shipping label provided by Himiway. Or for the other option, If you decide to ship the bike by yourself, please do send us a notification with the tracking number after shipping any items for return. Once we received the item, we will either replace the item or give you a refund. This will be issued in 2 days.
For an ebike that has been delivered for more than 15 days or used for more than 10 miles, if there is any problem, we do not accept returns anymore, only repairs and replacements are allowed.
If non-returnable items are returned without authorization from our customer service team, they will be returned to the customer immediately and the customer will be notified. Restocking fees may apply to unauthorized returns.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you haven’t received a refund after 2 days of approval, please check your bank account again and contact your credit card company/bank as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
WARRANTY
WARRANTY AND REPLACEMENT POLICY
All Himiway bikes are covered under our 2-year, all-inclusive manufacturer's warranty for the owner against all manufacturing defects. (All free accessories are not covered by warranty service.)
WARRANTY PERIOD AND TARGET AUDIENCE TERMS
The warranty is registered automatically when the initial purchaser orders and then receives the product from our online shop and applies to the initial purchaser only.
As for warranty transfer, the ebike transferee can only benefit from the warranty when both of these conditions are met:
The 2-year package hasn't expired since the initial owner has received it;
The new owner has the initial purchaser’s name and the original order number.
COVERED PRODUCTS
Himiway will replace any component that is deemed to be defective or damaged (including damage incurred during shipment), except in case of user error. The warranty covers the listed products and follows the terms below:
Frame
Himiway ebike frames are covered by a replacement warranty for 2 years.
This warranty includes a replacement frame only. Labor charges associated with transferring parts to replacement frames are not included. An authorized Himiway service representative will determine if the frame meets the replacement standard.
Himiway reserves the right to use scratch and dent stock when replacing a frame under this warranty. Frame styles and/or colors not in stock may be replaced with a compatible style and/or color at Himiway’s discretion.
Frame issues excluded from this warranty include but are not limited to:
Corrosion
Paint fade, scratches, and impact marks
Impact damage
Non-reversible modification (such as drilling or welding)
Chain guard mounted to the frame, if applicable
Batteries
Himiway batteries are covered by a 2-year prorated warranty.
During the first 2 years of service – A defective battery will be repaired or replaced at no cost to the customer. The warranty period for a repaired or replaced battery will remain unchanged from the original purchase date.
After the first 2 years of service – A prorated credit, based on months of service, will be applied toward the purchase of a new battery. Batteries purchased at a prorated cost will come with a new 2-year warranty based on the prorated purchase date.
No cash reimbursement will be made.
Batteries can be assessed and found defective directly by Himiway only.
This Limited Warranty does not cover:
Defects or damage resulting from accidents, abuse, misuse, abnormal use (including but not limited to stunt riding, racing, or other similar activities not consistent with the intended use of the Products), improper storage, abnormal exposure to liquid, chemical exposure, moisture, abrasives, sand or dirt, neglect, or abnormal physical, electrical or electromechanical stress;
Defects or damage caused by private modification;
Scratches, dents, and cosmetic damage, unless caused by Himiway;
Products that have the serial number or bar-code removed, defaced, damaged, altered, or made illegible;
Ordinary wear and tear;
Defects or damage to the Products caused by the use of accessories, products, or ancillary/peripheral equipment not furnished or approved by Himiway for the Products;
Defects or damage caused by the assembly, testing, operation, maintenance, installation, service, repair, or adjustment of the Products in a manner that varies from the Assembly Instructions or Owner's Manual;
Defects or damage resulting from external causes such as collision, fire, flooding, windstorms, lightning, earthquakes, exposure to weather conditions, theft, blown fuses, or improper use of any electrical source.
In addition, with respect to the battery, this Limited Warranty does not cover defects or damage resulting from following actions or situations:
Charging with a battery charger not intended or appropriate for use with the Battery;
Using a battery charger improperly;
If any of the seals on the battery are broken or show evidence of tampering;
If the Battery has been used in equipment other than the Bike for which it is specified.
Parts & Components
Original Himiway parts and components are covered by a 2-year limited warranty. (If more than 15 days have passed since the date of receipt of the bike, the replacement of parts within the warranty period will require shipping costs.)
This Limited Warranty does not cover:
Parts compromised by corrosion due to exposure to the elements (moisture, heat, etc.);
Damage or deterioration of the surface finish, appearance, or aesthetics of the product;
The Warranty of the frame, forks, handlebar, seat post, saddle, brakes, lights, crank-set, pedals, rims, wheel hub, freewheel, cassette, derailleur, shifter, motor, throttle, controller, wiring harness, LCD, kickstand, reflectors, and hardware only extend one week after receiving the goods. Parts damaged during use after seven days will be charged to the customer;
Labor charges for part replacement or changeover;
Defects or damage resulting from accidents, abuse, misuse, abnormal use (including but not limited to stunt riding, racing, or other similar activities not consistent with the intended use of the Products), improper storage, abnormal exposure to liquid, chemicals, moisture, abrasives, sand or dirt, neglect, or abnormal physical, electrical or electromechanical stress;
Scratches, dents, and cosmetic damage not caused by Himiway;
Products with the serial number or bar-code removed, defaced, damaged, altered, or made illegible;
Defects or damage to the Products caused by the use of accessories, products, or ancillary/peripheral equipment not furnished or approved by Himiway for the Products;
Defects or damage caused by improper assembly, testing, operation, maintenance, installation, service, repair, or adjustment in a manner that varies from the Assembly Instructions or Owner's Manual;
Defects or damage resulting from external causes, such as collision, fire, flooding, windstorms, lightning, earthquakes, exposure to weather conditions, theft, blown fuses, or improper use of any electrical source.
Ordinary wear and tear not resulting from defects in workmanship or materials. Wear and tear can be assessed by Himiway. Parts not typically covered include but are not limited to:
Brake pads
Rotors
spokes
Tires/tubes
Chains
Chain rings
Cassettes
Crank-set
CLAIMS PROCESS
Warranty Claims
All claims to this warranty must be made through Himiway and submitted to customers@himiwaybike.com. Proof of purchase and photos or videos of the damaged product is required to be submitted alongside any warranty request. Before making a warranty claim, you are encouraged to contact Himiway via customers@himiwaybike.com, as there may be a simple fix for your problem that does not necessitate filing a claim. Valid warranty claims made within 2 years of initial purchase will be processed through Himiway.
A deposit is required to replace the LCD display, motor, controller, and/or battery, which will be refunded in full upon receival by Himiway of the parts that need to be replaced.
Himiway will not replace any part without first seeing photos or video of the damaged product. Customers must provide this evidence by email.
Attention: Himiway will offer free components and replacement parts (while shipping fees are not included), and any installation fees will not be covered by Himiway without the after-sales team’s authorization.
Shipping Damage Claims
In rare instances, the item received may be damaged during transportation. If shipping damage occurs, please contact customers@himiwaybike.com and provide us with photo or video proof.
No free accessories are eligible for replacement or compensation if they are scratched during transportation.
NOTICE: We will not accept shipping damage claims filed more than 7 days after receipt of any products.

This bike is amazing!! I've only had it a short time, but WOW is it fun to ride!! So far the lonest I've gone is 25 miles with Peddle assist on 2 and didn't even use half of the battery. This Bike is a real joy to ride. The bike comes very well equipped only thing missing is a tail light.
I seen in another group a women in her mid 60s and height of 5’5” having a problem with strength enough to first getting moving on such a heavy bike. So this was my advice. Hope this helps if you are having a similar issue getting rolling. My wife is 5’2”. When she starts she starts in pas 1. Pas 1 which set to 20 percent. Very important to reset each pass level. 20 percent assist is up to a slow trotting speed. So when she first takes off she eases into throttle. Sit on the bike and slightly apply throttle as little as you can. Once you start to move you can begin to peddle or maybe just throttle gently for a while. Set past 2 to 30 percent. After you have momentum switch to pass 2 and bike will assist up to running speed. I would stick to pas 1 and 2 until you are used to the bike. Think of the throttle like a variable speed drill and drill very slowly at first gradually picking up speed. The throttle is youth strength so learn this youth power by easing into it. Now you are riding!
I just received my magicycle ebike. I took it for it’s maiden ride today and I was so impressed. I LOVE IT… Bike is very well made, nice features and so far works great. I just want to let you know how much I enjoyed it. I took it on about a 11 mile trip and it is so much of an improvement over a conventional bike. I am 66 and use to love to ride bikes but all the inclines really wore on my knees and was unable to enjoy the ride, but now with the ebike with PAS it is GREAT. Your product is very good and with the reasonable price point, it will sell to anyone wanting to enjoy riding, I would give it a 100 percent endorsement to anyone. Just wanted to say Thank You!
Received my white step through last night, spent about an hour putting it together. Today I went on my first ride. Ended up going 9 and 1/2 miles. I found it really enjoyable and spent most of the ride in pedal assist level 2 and 3. I have two arthritic hips and by the end of the ride I was started to get a little sore. It was great to be able to have the throttle to go the last half mile! I am completely impressed with the quality of this bike. I really wasn't expecting it to be so substantial and well built.
I have received the bike in short time very happy with prompt attention to my order. Unfortunately I live in Minnesota and the weather is not good for bike use so I have not tried it out yet

Ok first of all I own bikes, a lot of bikes and I even own a variation of the fabled STEALTH BOMBER which is hella fun but let me just say the EUNORAU DEFENDER S is a down right monster. Sure it’s not cheap but neither are Lamborghinis but you get what you pay for.. For those of you worrying about low end torque, STOP WORRYING bc this bike has more than you’ll probably ever need. The pedal assist works great, minimal delay on and off with a rather accurate sensor setup. The brakes are better than I’ve heard people describing them(maybe Eunorau has addressed that) id say 8.5 out of 10. I just can’t say enough about the power bc going in I thought 750 per wheel should be ok, now I’m thinking it’s a little absurd but delightful as it pulls and pulls and pulls. Did I mention get the extra 17ah battery bc these 750hubs are thirsty and you don’t wanna deprive them of voltage. One thing though the 80mi stated range is well laughable unless you never leave assist level 1 and run 80lbs in your tires to lower friction. But who cares I can live with a realistic 50-60miles real world.. GET THIS BIKE it’s down right delightful. If you don’t get this you’ll regret it when the guy down the street gets his and does donuts around your 350w single motor budget bike..don’t be that guy..
Brings me back to my youth! I love this bike because I can modulate the power to get a good workout while still enjoying my ride! I usually ride in the 2-3 power range which maximizes my ride length while still allowing me to pedal with the motor. I also like the street tires this bike comes with. While the knobby tires are cool they are loud on the road and wear out faster. I've put 500 miles on my bike and my tires still look new. Awesome job swell!
The wedge is perfect for my son, it folds up so easy and fits in my car. Even if mom wants to go and enjoy it as well, it has no problem zipping me around. All around great bike for a great price!
Purchased this bike after buying the summit for myself and she couldn't be happier. She is a little smaller so the summit step-thru was a little too big for her but this one fit just right!
