Monolithic Frame Construction
Transer makes the frame and rear rack integrated, which not only increases
the beauty of the bikes but also greatly improves the payload capacity. As a
patent frame, the Transfer frame has passed a total of 300,000 fatigue tests
in the horizontal, vertical, and pedaling directions.
Half Twist Throttle
Fast response with effortless operation. The design of throttle conforms to
the physiological characteristics of human hands grasping, holding, and
turning, so it is comfortable to use.
Adjustable Handlebar
Just one Allen wrench to adjust the height of the handlebar. Super easy to

Big Rear Rack
Transfer offers a bigger rack to support two baby seats. With a 310lb payload
capacity, Transer racks the cargo, groceries, or the kids up easily.
Foot Plate, Strong Holder
The wide support base and precision-processed wooden boards allow the
feet of the passengers in the rear to be stably placed on the foot plate.
Transparent protective covers on both sides of the rear wheel can prevent
clothing or debris from getting involved.
Automatic Light-sensing System
The front lights are automatically turned on and off in a dim environment;
the tail light will turn on when the ebike brakes to remind pedestrians;
support function of turning signals and dual flashing lights to increase
security for riding.
Integrated Tail Light
HJM ebike combines signal turning light, dual flashlight and brake light into
one tail light. Making it easier for the rider to transmit ideas during the ride,
which will greatly improve the safety of the ride.
Push-assistant Mode
The ebike is activated at a uniform speed of 6 km/h, while hold the "walk"
button and a walk icon appear in the display. The switch is responsive,
release the "walk" button and push-assistant function stop immediately. You

Order Confirmation:
We understand that getting your items quickly is important to you, so we make every effort to process your order as soon as possible.
As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. As soon as we receive your order, we automatically reach out to our suppliers to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment. If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via email. If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 5 business days), we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.
Order Shipment:
If your order is stock and we process the charges to your credit card, it will ship within five business days from the date of your order. We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out. If you do not receive tracking information from us within six business days of your order, feel free to follow up with us at info@urban-ebikes.com
Shipping Times:
We provide ground shipping to the lower 48 states. Orders to AK & HI are shipped by AIR at additional cost. You may contact as at info@urban-ebikes.com to obtain rates for those shipments.
Shipping to the lower 48 states usually takes between 3 to 5 business days but you should allow 3 to 10 business days depending on the carrier we use (FedEx, UPS and/or USPS) and delivery location.
Damages:
Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery. If your item(s) do arrive damaged, please send photos to info@urban-ebikes.com and we will process an insurance claim on your behalf.
Cancellations & Refunds:
All orders canceled after 24 hours are subject to up to a 20% administration fee, whether or not your order has shipped. If your order has shipped, you (the buyer) will also be responsible for actual return shipping charges. Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card that you use when placing your order.
RETURNS
30 Days or 10-Mile Risk-Free Trial Ride
HJM e-bikes are of high quality and helpful for your daily life. We offer trail rides for any e-bike risk-free for up to 30 days or 10-miles. Simply contact us to return your bike within 30 calendar days of receiving and pay shipping back to our warehouse. HJM will refund the full amount deducting applicable shipping fees.
If the HJM e-bike you purchased does not meet or exceed your expectations, contact our customer service to see if you are eligible for a return. We only authorize the return if you are within 30 calendar days of receiving and the e-bike has less than 10-miles on its digital odometer, is still in “new” condition, and is packaged in its original materials and box with all components included.
HJM identifies “new condition” as the e-bike must be completely free from damage, dirt, dust, scratches, fragrances, etc. and have less than 10-miles on the odometer.
- Return & Refund process
If you would like to apply for a return and refund, please contact us within 30 calendar days of receiving your product(s).
Contact HJM support at support@hjmbike.com using the email you registered on our website to apply for a return and refund, providing the following information:
1) Order Number;
2) Registered Email;
3) Return Product Name & Quantity;
4) Return Reason;
5) Dated images or Videos of Products and Intact Packaging.
After receiving our Return & Refund Service confirmation, ship the item in the original package with a carrier that provides a tracking number within 7 calendar days.
Once the returned item passed inspection, the return will be processed deducting the applicable fees within 1-2 business days.
- Return & Refund Service will not be provided where:
Return the package back to HJM without authorization by HJM;
Beyond 30 calendar days of receiving the product.
A product sent to HJM for Return & Refund Service does not include all original accessories, attachments or packaging, or any item is not in new or like-new condition, i.e. with cracks, dents or scratches.
A legal proof of purchase, receipt or invoice is not provided or is reasonably believed to have been forged or tampered with.
Any fault or damage of the product is caused by unauthorized use or modification of the product, including exposure to moisture, entry of foreign bodies (water, oil, sand, etc.) or improper installation or operation.
Product labels, serial numbers, waterproof marks, etc. show signs of tampering or alteration.
Damage is caused to the product by uncontrollable external factors, including fire, floods, high winds or lightning strikes.
A product is not delivered to HJM within 7 calendar days after Return & Refund Service confirmation is sent from HJM.

- Refund Time
Refunds will be processed to your original account with which you made payment. The refund process will be completed in about 7-14 business days, depending on the bank or credit card issuer.
- Coupons and HJM Credit Refunds
After the order has been refunded, the coupons and HJM Credits will be refunded to your account and can be used again within the effective dates.
- Return Shipping
Customers need to pay for any return shipping to the designated warehouse (including cross-border and international shipping costs, if applicable) .

Replacement Policy
You can request for Replacement Service:
Ship the package back to HJM with authorization by HJM.
Within 30calendar days of receiving the product if the product does not match the original description of the product in one or more significant respects.
Within 30 calendar days of receiving the product if the product suffers performance failure.
Replacement Service will not be provided when:
Service is requested beyond 30 calendar days after receiving the product.
Legal proof-of-purchase, receipts, or invoices are not provided, or are reasonably believed to have been forged or tampered with.
A product sent to HJM for replacement does not include all original accessories, attachments and packaging, or contains items damaged by user error.
A product is found to have no defects after all appropriate tests are conducted by HJM.
Any fault or damage of the product is caused by unauthorized use or modification of the product, including exposure to moisture, entry of foreign bodies (water, oil, sand, etc.) or improper installation or operation.
Product labels or serial numbers show signs of tampering or alteration.
Damage is caused by uncontrollable external factors, including fires, floods, high winds, or lightning strikes.
Received product has not been sent back to HJM in 7 calendar days after replacement confirmation from HJM.
Proof of damage during transit issued by the carrier cannot be provided.

Replacement Instructions
If you would like to replace products, please contact our After-Sales team at www.hjmbike.com within 30 calendar days of receiving the products.
Replacement Freight
HJM shall be responsible for the freight to customers for any replacement. While, the buyer bears the freight back to HJM if any.
WARRANTY
HJM bike aim is to provide products with high quality and durability and we believe you will feel good with it. Also, you can apply for our product warranty service if there is a performance failure during the effective warranty period.The rights and claims arising from this warranty are in addition to your statutory rights. As a matter of principle, we grant a limited warranty of 2-year or 1500 miles after receiving the order. Our e-bikes are warranted to be free from manufacturer defects in materials and/or workmanship as details stated below:
Warranty period
2 years or 1500 miles after receiving the order.
This warranty only applies to the original owner and can’t be transferred to any subsequent owner or user.
Covered products
This warranty applies only to products, parts & components that have been manufactured, assembled, or sold in new condition by HJM .
The limited warranty applies only to replacement and/or repair of a lithium ion battery, frame, forks, stem, handlebar, seat post, saddle, brakes, lights, crank set, pedals, rims, wheel hub, freewheel, derailleur, shifter, motor, throttle, controller, wiring harness, LCD display, kickstand and reflectors in case of manufacturer defects in materials and/or workmanship, and subject to any and all exclusions, limitations, and procedures explained below.
Warranty exclusion
The battery warranty does not include damage from power surges, use of improper charger, improper maintenance or other misuse, normal wear or water damage.
Accidents or other circumstances beyond the control of the manufacturer.
Damage or defects resulting from failure to follow instructions in the owner’s manual.
Repairs by third parties or repairs in a workshop not authorized by the manufacturer
Natural wear and tear parts, including without limitation tires, tubes, brake pads, cables and housing, grips, chain and spokes.
The serial number of e-bike frame has been changed, removed or made illegible.
The warranty claimed by anyone other than the original buyer.
Other conditions not listed here but not covered by warranty.
Warranty Claims Process
Keep the original package just in case you need to ship the item for warranty.
Proof of purchase must be shown upon any warranty request .
Don’t attempt to repair or replace it by yourself before contacting us, or you may invalidate your warranty and cause additional damage.
Take photos or video of the damaged part clearly so that we can provide appropriate suggestions and make further plan to solve the problem.
The freight for shipping to the customers will be borne by HJM, and the customer is responsible for the freight of shipping back to HJM warehouse if any.
Our customer support team will process your warranty request in 1-2 business days.
Warranty should be initiated via email at support@hjmbike.com.
Shipping Damage Claims
IMMEDIATELY inspect your product for damage. Shipping damage claims are extremely time sensitive. We only accept shipping damage claims within 3 days after receiving the product. Take pictures of any damage that is found and date the images when possible. Keep all packaging and paperwork until the inspection process is complete.
