Order Confirmation:
We understand that getting your items quickly is important to you, so we make every effort to process your order as soon as possible.
As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. As soon as we receive your order, we automatically reach out to our suppliers to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment. If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via email. If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 5 business days), we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.
Order Shipment:
If your order is stock and we process the charges to your credit card, it will ship within five business days from the date of your order. We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out. Shipping Times:
We provide ground shipping to the lower 48 states. Orders to AK & HI are shipped by AIR at additional cost. You may contact us at info@urban-ebikes.com to obtain rates for those shipments.
Shipping to the lower 48 states usually takes between 3 to 5 business days but you should allow 3 to 10 business days depending on the carrier we use (FedEx, UPS and/or USPS) and delivery location.
Damages:
Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery. If your item(s) do arrive damaged, please send photos to info@urban-ebikes.com and we will process an insurance claim on your behalf.
Cancellations & Refunds:
All orders canceled after 24 hours are subject to up to a 20% administration fee, whether or not your order has shipped. If your order has shipped, you (the buyer) will also be responsible for actual return shipping charges. Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card that you use when placing your order.

We're sure that you'll love your Magicycle e-bike but in case you change your mind we're pleased to offer a full refund within 15 days from the day you receive it. (as long as your e-bike is in an as new condition)
Simply contact support@magicyclebike.com, have your proof of your purchase and the same card that you used when you originally purchased the bike one of our friendly colleagues will then be happy to process the refund for you.Terms & conditions apply.
Terms and conditions
In addition to your consumer rights,and subject to the remainder of this section, if you change your mind and decide to no longer want your Magicycle e-bike that you have purchased, you have the right to return the e-bike within 15 days from the date of purchase,even if the e-bike has been used.
Please note customers will be required to pay the shipping cost if there are no quality issues.
In order to be eligible for a return, your e-bike must be clean and in as new condition. With the exception of minor superficial dirt, bikes that are dirty, scratched or otherwise damaged WILL NOT be accepted for a return. Also the mileage on the display of the e-bike must be less than 10 miles.
You must return the charger, battery key, manuals and any other components such as gifts along with the e-bike and have your online order confirmation in order to be eligible for a return. Magicycle reserves the right to refuse to return or exchange any used e-bike for which you do not have a receipt or order confirmation.
Returns of used e-bikes can only be accepted by shipment.To exercise your right to return an e-bike please have your written confirmation of return from Magicycle.
For returns approved by Magicycle, you will receive Magicycle's written confirmation and shipping label. Please make sure you have both of these before you ship to us.

Once we have received the e-bike, our after sale service will check if the bike has been used in a proper way, after inspection, if there is no issue, you will get a refund within 2 business days. We will refund you.
WARRANTY
Magicycle e-bikes come with a 2-year warranty on electrical and mechanical components such as the battery frame. Gift items are excluded from warranty.
Warranty Period
Our optional manufacturer’s warranty is limited to 2 years for electrical and mechanical components from the date of purchase of the e-bike. It is limited to the first purchaser and subject to the prior registration of your Magicycle e-bike on www.magicyclebike.com. The warranty starts once the first purchaser has received their order.
In order to be eligible for a warranty transfer, the transferee must have the original owner’s name, initial order number and the warranty period must not be expired.
Warranty Covers
Our warranty covers manufacturing defects only and does not cover wear and tear or any type of abuse. If the product has been used in a way that it was not designed then the product can fail and this damage will not be covered. The warranty covers damage incurred during shipment.
- Frame
Magicycle E-bike frames are covered by a replacement warranty for 2 years.
This warranty includes a replacement frame only. Labor charges to changeover parts to replacement frames are not included. Changeover labor must be performed by an authorized mechanic.
Magicycle reserves the right to use scratch and dent stock when replacing a frame under this warranty. Frame styles and/or colors not in stock may be replaced with a compatible style and/or color at the discretion of Magicycle.
Frame issues that are excluded from this warranty include but are not limited to:
Corrosion
Paint fade, scratches, impact marks
Impact damage
Non-reversible modification (drilling/welding)
Chain guard mount to the frame if applicable

Batteries
Magicycle batteries are covered by a 2 year prorated warranty.
During 2 years of service we will replace the batteries free of charge if there is a manufacturing defect. The warranty period for a repaired or replaced battery remains unchanged based on the original purchase date.
After the first 2 years of service – A prorated credit, based on months of service, will be applied toward the purchase of a new battery. Batteries purchased at pro-rated cost will have a new 2-year warranty based on the pro-rated purchase date.
NOTE: No cash reimbursement will be made. We have the right to determine what damage is due to defective materials and what is due to product abuse or misuse.
- Parts & Components
Original Magicycle parts & components are covered by a 2-year limited warranty Warranty excludes the shipping cost of replacement parts.
This Limited Warranty does not cover:
Ordinary wear and tear is not the result of defects in workmanship or materials. Wear and tear can be assessed by Magicycle. Parts not typically covered include but are not limited to:
brakes, brake pads, cassette, chains, chain rings, controller, crankset, derailleur, forks, freewheel, handlebar, hardware seat post, kickstand lights, LCD display pedals, motor, reflectors, rims saddle, shifter, spokes, tires/tubes, throttle, wiring harness, wheel hub kickstand. Warranty within one week after receiving the goods. Parts damaged during use after seven days need to be charged.
Parts compromised due to corrosion due to the elements (moisture, heat, etc).
Damage or deterioration of the surface finish, appearance, or aesthetics of the product.
Labor charges for part replacement or changeover.
Defects or damage resulting from accident, abuse, misuse, abnormal use (including but not limited to stunt riding, racing, or other similar activities not consistent with the intended use of the Products), improper storage, abnormal exposure to liquid, chemicals, moisture, abrasives, sand or dirt, neglect, or abnormal physical, electrical or electromechanical stress.
Scratches, dents, and cosmetic damage not caused by Magicycle.
Product that has the serial number or the bar code removed, defaced, damaged, altered, or made illegible.
Defects or damage to the Products caused by the use of accessories, products, or ancillary/peripheral equipment not furnished or approved by Magicycle with the Products.
Defects or damage caused by improper assembly, testing, operation, maintenance, installation, service, repair, or adjustment in a manner that varies from Assembly Instructions & Owners Manual.
Defects or damage resulting from external causes, such as collision, fire, flooding, windstorm, lightning, earthquake, exposure to weather conditions, theft, blown fuse, or improper use of any electrical source.
- WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER:
Damaged Plastic parts and wear and tear on brake pads, tyres, or damage to any part of the product due to abuse or misuse.
Labour that occurs outside of our facility.
Parts damaged by accidents, neglect, misuse, abuse.
Damage caused by a non-covered part or by any part not purchased from our facility.
Products that have NOT been regularly checked and serviced as highlighted in conditions.
FAULTS: Faults must be reported as soon as possible by email to support@magicyclebike.com. We will assess the issue and try to fix it without the need for you to send the product back to us to help save time. We will send out a replacement part, if possible, to be fitted by yourselves with guidance from us.
CONDITIONS: Upon receipt of your order, you must thoroughly check to ensure that there are no loose nuts or bolts that may have dropped out in shipment. This same check should be carried out prior to each ride of the product, to ensure long-term durability. We advise that you ride your e-bike with adequate safety clothing ie; helmets etc. Products must be ridden in a responsible manner and must not be abused for the warranty to be valid. These are on-road vehicles and should be ridden with due care and attention for your own safety and that of the public.
DISCLAIMER STATEMENT: We will take no liability for losses that were not foreseeable to both parties when the contract was formed and for losses that were not caused by any breach on our part. We will take no liability for any use of a product that does not comply with current legislation relating to that product in your region or jurisdiction. By purchasing our products you have read and agreed to the terms and conditions set out. Nothing in these terms will reduce your statutory rights relating to cancellation, faulty or misdescribed goods.
CLAIMS PROCESS
- Warranty Claims
All claims made must be sent to support@magicyclebike.com. You will need to have proof of purchase, photos or videos of the defect for a warranty request. Prior to submitting your warranty claim, we strongly advise that you contact us at support@magicyclebike.com as we may be able to find an easy fix to your issue. Valid warranty claims will be processed through Magicycle within 2 years of the first purchase.
Magicycle will not replace any part without first seeing photos or videos of the damaged product. Please attach the necessary evidence by email.
- Shipping damage claims
On rare occasions, the product received may be damaged during shipping. If this applies to you, please contact support@magicyclebike.com along with your photographic evidence of the damage.
All gifts will not be included and will not be compensated or replaced if damaged during shipping.
IMPORTANT: We will not accept shipping damage claims later than 7 days after receiving the order.
