The Nakto City electric bike has been designed to give a unique riding experience, composed of a high-strength carbon steel frame and built for the tough roads. To give the bike immense power, you can switch between pedal assist and throttle mode.

We understand that getting your items quickly is important to you, so we make every effort to process your order as soon as possible.
As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. As soon as we receive your order, we automatically reach out to our suppliers to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment. If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via email. If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 5 business days), we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.
Order Shipment:
If your order is stock and we process the charges to your credit card, it will ship within five business days from the date of your order. We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out. Shipping Times:
We provide ground shipping to the lower 48 states. Orders to AK & HI are shipped by AIR at additional cost. You may contact as at info@urban-ebikes.com to obtain rates for those shipments.
Shipping to the lower 48 states usually takes between 3 to 5 business days but you should allow 3 to 10 business days depending on the carrier we use (FedEx, UPS and/or USPS) and delivery location.
Damages:
Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery. If your item(s) do arrive damaged, please send photos to info@urban-ebikes.com and we will process an insurance claim on your behalf.
Cancellations & Refunds:
All orders canceled after 24 hours are subject to up to a 20% administration fee, whether or not your order has shipped. If your order has shipped, you (the buyer) will also be responsible for actual return shipping charges. Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card that you use when placing your order.
RETURNS
No returns after 14 days of receiving.
To be eligible for a return, the bike must be unused, free from dirt, dust, or any fragrances, and in the same packaging and condition that you received it. Box must be sealed and unopened.
Customer pays$100shipping fee (this is withheld from refund).
Subject to up to a 20% restocking fee (this is withheld from refund).
To be eligible for a return, your item must be within 2-week period.You must keep the original packaging and the NAKTO ebike must be repacked back into the original packaging when you send it back to us. Meanwhile, we promised that all the electric bikes our customers received are brand new, we will never sell any open-box, refurbished or clearance bikes to you, as well as batteries. So please note that all the returned bikes, as well as batteries, are subject to a 10% restocking fee within the 2-week trial period.
How to return
Contact our Customer Service Department at naktousa@gmail.com to approve the return within 2 weeks. We have helpful suggestions if you are considering a return due to performance of the item, sizing, or for any other reason. Keep in mind that an exchange for an NAKTO product better suited to your needs is also possible. After the 2-week period expires, the product cannot be returned to NAKTO.
All returns must be repacked back into the original packaging when you send it back to us.
Once the Return Authorization is issued, we will provide you with a return shipping label and a date when the UPS will stop by to pick up the product.
Once your return is received, we will process the refund in 10 working days. Your refund will be credited back to your original method of payment.
Once your refund has been processed, it will take 7 to 10 business days for your bank to process the credit and apply it to your account.
Notice: the customer must have written a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number from NAKTO. If a customer sends a return without it a refund will not be issued and the customer will have to pay shipping to get the item returned, or, sacrifice the item.
WARRANTY
Every NAKTO E-bike sold in the United states is covered under our manufacturer's one year warranty for the original owner against all manufacturing defects. NAKTO E-bike products are warranted to be free from manufacturer’s defects in materials and/or workmanship for a 1 year period from the date of original purchase.
Refund or Replacement of entire ebike
A replacement or refund of the entire ebike could happen within 7 days of receiving the NAKTO E-bike. All refund requests that are made after 7days will be charged with a 20% restoring fee and the customer will be responsible for the shipping back.
A replacement of the entire ebike could happen within 30 days of receiving the NAKTO E-bike while the product carries manufacturing defects and could not be fixed after a reasonable trial . Repairs with third parties with charge need to be approved before it happens.
In case an entire replacement ebike is issued, the original ebike may have to be shipped back to the NAKTO E-BIKE facility for inspection/repairs before a new bike is sent out. Always keep your original packaging for at least 30 days in case of return, NAKTO E-bike will not be responsible for preparing the packaging for return.
One year warranty of parts
If a component is deemed to be defective or damaged without users’ error we will issue a replacement part. NAKTO E-bike will assist customers in replacing any defective parts through our customer service or authorized dealers. All replacements of Batteries, motors, and chargers need to send the defective ones back to NAKTO E-bike. Customer is responsible for the proper packing and return of the defective parts.
Shipping Damage claims
Shipping damages must be reported to NAKTO E-BIKE within 48 hours after shipments arrive. IMMEDIATELY inspect your product(s) for damage. Freight damage claims are extremely time sensitive. We will not accept freight damage claims later than 7 days from reception of products. Note any damage to your products on the Bill of Delivery before you and the driver sign-off on the shipment. Take pictures of any damage that is found, and date the images when possible. Keep all packaging and paperwork until the inspection process is complete. NOT included in the warranty
NAKTO E-bike will not replace any part without first seeing photos or videos of the damaged part. We will not offer warranty service to second owners. We will not replace any part damaged by the user. We will not pay for any third party service or part replacement unless agreed by NAKTO E-bike prior to the fix.
This warranty does not include consumables or normal wear and tear parts after 30 days including but not limited to wheels, pedals, chain, spokes, tires, tubes, brake pads, and grips. This warranty also does not cover damages caused by not proper assembly and maintenance required by NAKTO E-bikes, including but not limited to proper adjustment of the bike after assembling, proper storage of the e-bike, proper charging of the battery and use of the e-bike. Please note that this NAKTO E-bike is not set for extreme use including contests and water wading.
NAKTO E-bike will not cover any damage that may occur during shipping if the owner sets up their own shipping option or if the bike is shipped using a freight forwarder or similar service.
Terms of warranty
This warranty only applies to the original owner of NAKTO E-BIKE products. This warranty does not cover any damage or defects resulting from failure to follow instructions in the owner’s manual, acts of God, accident, misuse, neglect, abuse, commercial use, alterations, modification, improper assembly, wear and tear, installation of parts or accessories not originally intended or compatible with the bicycle as sold, operator error, water damage, extreme riding, stunt riding, or improper follow-up maintenance. NAKTO E-bike will not be liable and/or responsible for any damage, failure or loss caused by any unauthorized service or use of unauthorized parts. In no event shall NAKTO E-BIKE be responsible for any direct, indirect or consequential damages, including without limitation, damages for personal injury, property damage, or economic losses, whether based on contract, warranty, negligence, or product liability in connection with their products.
CLAIMS
All claims to this warranty must be made through NAKTO E-BIKE.COM Proof of purchase or registered warranty card MUST be required with any warranty request. Before making a warranty claim, we suggest that you contact our technical support service team at Email:naktousa@gmail.com as there may be a simple fix for your problem. Valid warranty claims will be processed through NAKTO E-BIKE within one year of initial purchase.
