As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. As soon as we receive your order, we automatically reach out to our suppliers to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment. If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via email. If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 5 business days), we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.
If your order is stock and we process the charges to your credit card, it will ship within five business days from the date of your order. We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out. We provide ground shipping to the lower 48 states. Orders to AK & HI are shipped by AIR at additional cost. You may contact us at email@example.com to obtain rates for those shipments.
Shipping to the lower 48 states usually takes between 3 to 5 business days but you should allow 3 to 10 business days depending on the carrier we use (FedEx, UPS and/or USPS) and delivery location.
Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery. If your item(s) do arrive damaged, please send photos to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will process an insurance claim on your behalf.
Cancellations & Refunds:
All orders canceled after 24 hours are subject to up to a 20% administration fee, whether or not your order has shipped. If your order has shipped, you (the buyer) will also be responsible for actual return shipping charges. Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card that you use when placing your order.
As general policy, and in order to qualify for returns, the product needs to be in original condition, unused, unmodified, and unwashed. Packed in original and undamaged box.

If for whatever reason you didn’t like what you received, for new, undamaged, and unmodified products, Voltaride offers a 10-day refund policy. Our policy lasts 10 days. If 10 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Used and modified products do not qualify for returns.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method less any applicable fee. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If an exception is made at the discretion of Hautland.com to refund an item after the 10 day period, it is solely at the discretion of Voltaride to determine shipping costs to be assumed by the customer, as well as additional restocking fees.
If there is any issue with your product, please contact our Tech Support at email@example.com. Our team will assist you in troubleshooting your product.
In the event a replacement is necessary, we would process the replacement according to our warranty policy. We will arrange for return shipping of the old part/item. Once the part/item has been received and inspected, we will ship the replacement part/item. If damage occurs due to improper handling during the setup or installation whether done professionally or by the customer, then the product is no longer eligible for replacement or refund.
For Continental U.S. Orders:
We offer free shipping for all our products with UPS Ground, Fedex Ground, USPS First Class or Priority according to size, weight and delivery address. Before shipping, the order processing time will take 48 hours. Shipping dates on backorder products will vary and will be made available to the buyer as they become available to us from third party manufacturers.
Voltaride e-bikes are covered under our 3 year (frame) and 1 year (components) Limited Warranty for the original owner and only against manufacturing defects.
Free accessories ARE NOT included under this warranty.
The warranty is registered automatically with the initial purchase. The warranty applies only to the ORIGINAL OWNER and counting since the day the bike has been delivered.
The Warranty Period begins upon the receipt of your ebike and shall end immediately upon the earlier of the end of the Warranty Period or any sale or transfer of the ebike to another person.
Under no circumstances shall the Limited Warranty apply to any subsequent owner or other transferee of the ebike.
Voltaride will replace any component that is deemed to be defective or becomes defective. The warranty covers the listed products and follows the terms below:
The Limited Warranty is expressly limited to the replacement of a defective lithium ion battery, frame, forks, stem, handlebar, seat post, saddle, brakes, lights, bottom bracket, crank set, pedals, rims, wheel hub, freewheel, cassette, derailleur, shifter, motor, throttle, controller, wiring harness, LCD display, kickstand, reflectors and hardware (each a “Covered Component”).
This Limited Warranty Does Not Cover
Normal wear and tear of any Covered Component.
Consumables or normal wear and tear parts (including without limitation tires, tubes, brake pads, cables and housing, grips, chain and spokes).
Any damage or defects to Covered Components resulting from failure to follow instructions in the ebike owner’s manual, acts of God, accident, misuse, neglect, abuse, commercial use, alterations, modification, improper assembly, installation of parts or accessories not originally intended or compatible with the ebike as sold, operator error, water damage, extreme riding, stunt riding, or improper follow-up maintenance.
Any damage or defects to Covered Components resulting from improper storage, abnormal exposure to liquid, chemicals, moisture, abrasives, sand or dirt, neglect, or abnormal physical, electrical or electromechanical stress.
Scratches, dents, and cosmetic damage not caused by Voltaride.
Voltaride will not be liable and/or responsible for any damage, failure or loss caused by any unauthorized service or use of unauthorized parts.
The Battery is not warranted from damage resulting from power surges, use of an improper charger, improper maintenance or other such misuse, normal wear or water damage. Product that has the serial number or the bar code removed, defaced, damaged, altered, or made illegible. Defects or damage resulting from external causes such as collision, fire, flooding, windstorm, lightning, earthquake, exposure to weather conditions, theft, blown fuse.
Labor charges for part replacement or changeover.
Frames are covered by a replacement warranty for 3 years. This warranty excludes labor charges to changeover parts. Voltaride reserves the right to use scratch and dent stock when replacing a frame under this warranty. Frame styles and/or colors not in stock may be replaced with a compatible style and/or color at the discretion of Voltaride. The following issues are excluded from this warranty (but not limited to): Corrosion, Paint fade, scratches, impact marks, Impact damage, Non-reversible modification (drilling/welding), Chain guard mount to the frame if applicable
Determination of whether damage or defect to an ebike covered component is protected by our limited warranty shall be in the sole discretion of Voltaride.
Damage to a Covered Component during shipping will only and without exceptions be covered by this Limited Warranty if you:
Notify us of a Covered Component damaged in the shipping process within three (3) days of your receipt of the ebike;
Provide us with a dated and detailed picture of the damaged Covered Component;
Upon receipt of the ebike it is your responsibility to immediately inspect the ebike and notify Voltaride of any damage.
Credit Card Chargebacks
If any ebike purchase becomes subject to a credit card chargeback in any amount, and you are still in possession of the ebike, then this Limited Warranty shall be invalidated until the credit card chargeback has been resolved.
No replacement of any covered component will be done under this Limited Warranty until photos or videos of damaged covered components are provided via email to Voltaride.
In order to initiate and exercise your right to receive a replacement for a Covered Component under this Limited Warranty, you must:
Contact Voltaride by email at Support@voltaride.com or by phone at 1-800-683-5409. Our team will initially work with you on the problem with your ebike to identify potential simple fixes.
In case our team determines that a Covered Component must be replaced, they will provide you with a set of instructions for returning the defective Covered Component and receiving the replacement.
After you receive the replacement Covered Component, the Technical Support team will also assist in determining how to replace or install the new Covered Component into your ebike.
You will be responsible for shipping costs associated with returning a Covered Component, unless otherwise agreed in writing between Voltaride and buyer. Replacement Covered Components under this Limited Warranty shall only be shipped to the address of the original purchaser.
No cash reimbursement will be made.
When all the spare parts for warranty are sent to the customer, the customer will be responsible for shipping costs associated unless otherwise agreed in writing between Voltaride and buyer.
THE REMEDIES DESCRIBED ABOVE ARE YOUR SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDIES AND VOLTARIDE’S ENTIRE LIABILITY FOR ANY BREACH OF THIS LIMITED WARRANTY. VOLTARIDE’S LIABILITY SHALL UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES EXCEED THE ACTUAL AMOUNT PAID BY YOU FOR THE EBIKE, NOR SHALL VOLTARIDE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES BE LIABLE FOR ANY CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES OR LOSSES, WHETHER DIRECT OR INDIRECT.

I just love riding the tricycle. I get a lot of people telling me how beautiful the tricycle looks. I just love the red & black colors on it. I like the headlight & tail lights on the tricycle. It has a nice big basket on the back.

Though this tricycle is a bit heavy for me, it did not give me a hard time peddling it, of course, with the help of the 250W motor. My balance is horrible, and I'm not very good at riding a two-wheeled bike, but this electric tricycle gives me comfort and confidence. I don't mind riding and traveling using this tricycle, even on a long-distance ride.
I have health issues and my balance is not good. This tricycle has a low frame to step over. Gears help traversing sidewalks, hills and helping reduce my effort when I am tired. The hand brakes are much more efficient than pedal breaks. Very comfortable ride with no back pain. I have more confidence and my balance is improving!
I was really nervous to get this tricycle because I thought it would be heavy, and although it is, it's not nearly as heavy as I thought it would be. I have so much fun riding this, and I always get compliments from the neighbors.
I didn't think I would want or need an electric tricycle, but its pretty rad now that I have it. can't wait for the weather to warm up a bit more so I can take it out more often
The battery is so easy to remove for recharging, the hardest part is remembering to take it off after my ride! My brother assembled this tricycle for me and he said it wasn't super difficult. It took him about 2 hours. Highly recommend
Unique, comfortable and quite appealing.
Have had my bike long enough to hunt off if it twice. Even on days I don’t hear a gobble, I return to my truck with a smile on my face. Really like the bike. Can go places on it that I could never power through on my mountain bike and don’t have rubbery legs and sweat soaked clothes when set up.
The power for hill climbing the rough terrain in north central MA is incredible. haven't had a hill I couldn't climb, the only issue was the fear of coming back down! The bike handles like a dream! Back in the day i rode mountain bikes 2-3 K miles a season and was very impressed with how this bike handles even being more than twice the weight of a lightweight MB. I switched back to low power to conserve. Battery life and still have plenty of power. Ride it like a bike and pedal, its a lot of fun without the extreme effort.
I recently bought the Mule step through for my wife. This represents a second purchase since three months earlier I purchased a Mule for myself. We have taken several trips with them on wood trails and secondary dirt roads. The bikes are fantastic! The technology is great and the durability is over the top. As we get more accustomed to their performance our satisfaction continues to grow as we experience the bikes capability under different ride conditions.
Easy to assemble. Added all my equipment from my old mountain bike, which was mounted on the handlebars, to the Step Through Mule with plenty of room due the wider handlebars. First couple of trips resulted in adjusting the correct tire pressure for my type of off road conditions. Pulls my cart, tree stand and pack with out difficulty. The power in this bike is amazing, and the petal assist makes easy traveling in sand and grass as if you are on pavement. This has opened a new world for me. Also, as I am a religious wear of Kuiu the bike matches by hunting clothes. Lastly, so happy I order the 24" Step Through as it makes getting on and off so much easier than my 26" mountain bike.
This is an excellent bike and it has the power to get up all the steep mountain roads in my area. I ride it about 18 miles a day for exercise and also ride it for fun with friends. This mid drive has so much more hill climbing power than my other three 750 watt rear hub drive ebikes. The difference between a corvette and a vw bug. Both will get you there, but the Mule does so in comfort. I only had to change out the seat for my personal comfort. I am 70 years old and the Mule ebike makes me feel like I am in my thirties all over again. Some may call it cheating, but I am still getting a workout but can go three times as far as I used to ride using my high end manual mountain bike. Best purchase I have made in years!
