The Sedona Step Through Mountain 500W 48Volt High End Women's Electric Bicycle is a Lithium Battery powered Electric Bicycle cranking out 500 Watts from the Bafang High Torque Zero Resistance Clutch Motor. Shipping to the lower 48 states usually takes between 3 to 5 business days but you should allow 3 to 10 business days depending on the carrier we use (FedEx, UPS and/or USPS) and delivery location.
Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery. If your item(s) do arrive damaged, please send photos to email@example.com and we will process an insurance claim on your behalf.
Cancellations & Refunds:
All orders canceled after 24 hours are subject to up to a 20% administration fee, whether or not your order has shipped. If your order has shipped, you (the buyer) will also be responsible for actual return shipping charges. Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card that you use when placing your order.

Return Terms and Conditions:
Refunds will be for 100% of the entire purchase price including the original shipping costs.
At the discretion of X-Treme, a restocking fee of 15% may be deducted from refunds for items returned in their original condition within 15 days of purchase including but not limited to unauthorized returns.
Customers are responsible for returning merchandise at their own expense.
Merchandise must be received in 100% new, re-sellable condition. Merchandise is not eligible for refund if it has been ridden, worn, used, abused or damaged in any way.
Merchandise must arrive complete (including warranty cards, manuals, accessories, promotional items, etc.) and in the original packaging.
Customers must initiate return shipment of the merchandise within 15 days of the purchase date.
Preparing your product for Authorized R.M.A. return shipment:
Re-pack the merchandise securely in its original packaging, including the original contents of the box; warranty cards, Manuals, accessories, promotional items, etc.
Include a copy of your invoice.
Include a copy of the RMA notice you have received from us via our support department help desk.
Clearly print your RMA# on the return shipping label (on the outside of the box).For your protection we recommend all returns be sent via UPS, Federal Express, DHL or other courier that issues a tracking number. We recommend that the shipment is insured. The customer is responsible for damage or loss during return shipping.
Freight collect and COD packages will not be accepted.

12 Month (ONE YEAR) Warranty & Lifetime Frame Warranty models (Effective June 1st, 2018):
X-Treme offers a standard ONE Year limited warranty against manufacturer defect and workmanship on all model bicycles and their components that are purchased directly from X-Treme or an authorized Dealer. Original purchase receipt is required to establish proof of purchase and establish warranty start date.
Your warranty will be void if any modifications are made to the original design of the bike. X-Treme will NOT offer a warranty on any products purchased from second hand sellers, non-authorized Dealers, products that are purchased used or products that are purchased via outlet centers. X-Treme will, however, offer free lifetime technical support access on these products & if parts are needed those parts may be purchased directly from X-Treme.
Your warranty begins the day the bicycle is delivered to you. This warranty covers manufacturer defects and defaults only. We do not cover misuse or broken parts caused by the user or by any other event. We will pay for standard shipping service costs on the first & second warranty shipment only. Any additional warranty parts that are needed will require the customer to pay all shipping costs.
All replacement parts are warrantied until the end of the Original Manufacturer’s Warranty Period. If you receive your replacement part within the last month of the warranty, your replacement part will be warrantied for 30 Days from delivery of the replacement part.
We offer a full ONE Year warranty on all bicycle batteries to the original purchaser. City Rider battery is limited to 6 months (180 days). Your battery is warranted for any manufacturer defect in material or workmanship. The battery will be repaired or replaced free of charge. Original proof of purchase is required to establish proof of purchase and warranty effective date.
What is covered & what is not covered:
Shipping damage: Should your item arrive with damage that is a direct result of the assigned shipping carrier's mishandling, we will replace those damaged parts free of charge under warranty as long as the damage is reported immediately after delivery and the necessary photos are provided (see below). In the event that the damage is determined to be extensive, (digital photos will be required by email), at X-Treme’s discretion and after careful consideration, we may arrange to have the item picked up and returned to X-Treme for free replacement. X-Treme will provide technical support via phone or through our Support Help Desk to assist customers with the replacement of parts but will not pay labor charges to install such parts.
Required Photos for Damage Claim
- A photo of the packaging material used inside the box (e.g. bubble wrap, Styrofoam peanuts, cardboard dividers, etc.)
- A close-up photo of the shipping label with tracking number (please zoom in enough to read the tracking number which usually begins with 1Z)
- Two photos displaying all 6 sides of the package (1 photo should display the top and 2 sides, the 2nd photo should display the bottom and the opposite sides).
Please inspect the item for any visible damages upon delivery as any damage must be noted on the delivery receipt in order to be eligible for damage claims. Do not refuse the shipment. Please notify our Customer Service Department immediately after delivery if damage has occurred.
Tires, tubes & kick stands:These items are NOT covered unless they are damaged as a result of shipping.
During your applicable warranty period: X-Treme will replace any defective part free of charge and free of shipping charge to the original purchaser of the bicycle. We may require certain parts to be returned to X-Treme before replacing those parts. Shipping costs back to X-Treme must be paid for by the customer. Call tags or return shipping labels will not be issued.

Hi l have an X-Treme Sedona 48 Volt Blue Electric Bicycle. they are a great bicycle to have. l ride it to and from work, this is my second Sedona, my first is the X-Treme Sedona 36 Volt Silver Electric Bicycle.
l first got The New X-Treme Sedona 48 Volt Blue Electr5ic bicycle in a box that measured 53 inches long by 27 inches high and 8 inches thick, l first got it out of the box , l but on the front wheel then the back wheel, then l put on the riser handle bars so l can sit more upright, then l put on the kickstand then l put more air into the tires, then put on the bicycle battery and charged it up all the way., then l put together the bicycle seat and put that on, then last l put together the bicycle rack l test rode the X-Treme Sedona 48 Volt Electric bicycle and it sure goes faster than the X-Treme Sedona 36 Volt Silver Electric bicycle. l highly recommend getting this bicycle, you will have lots of fun riding it especially to and from work.
Love it so much! I live in the country and the area is mostly sandy. It does very well going up and down small hills. It's easy to go from manual to powered while you're riding it. I just can't say enough about it. It is just fun! Get one!
I love my new cargo bike. I have a hill to climb as soon as I start to ride and its so nice to go up the hill with out exerting myself. I get lots of compliments when I'm on my bike, it is definitely an eye catcher.

I have owned this e-bike for 3 months, and it has completely changed my life. I could barely walk or get good aerobic exercise because I had varicose veins in both legs, and I became very unfit. With this TROXUS Lynx e-bike, I can ride more than 10 km in one go, which is an acceptable intensity for my body. I sweat slightly at the end of each ride, I got a great workout, and I'm thankful for it!
Everyone tells me that this bike has the biggest tires that they have ever seen on a bike . I'm blown away with how much fun it is to ride this fat tire creation! I take it to the beach and ride in sand n dirt. handles extremely well, and no need for shocks.

This is my first electric bike and I am totally impressed. I have a sore knee and so sometimes I need my bike to do some of the work when that leg gets tired. This bike is fast, fun and easy to unpack and get on the road with.
Explorer step over fat tire electric bike. I was looking for a bike that would allow me to sit easily, I wanted to exercise and take it to work but also feel safe. I came cross the TROXUS Explorer and it checked all my needs, when it arrived it was easy to assemble and easy to ride. I get a lot of compliments from my co-workers. The bike runs smoothly, and I love the speed too.
Had my bike about a month before I really got it out to ride and let me tell you , it was wonderful ! Drove it on vacation, on the boardwalk which was one of my dreams of doing again. It’s been about 15 years since I rode a bike due to back surgery and multiple problems after them. This bike got me back to riding again and made me sooo happy to be back on 2 wheels again ! It was truly more than I had expected !
We bought this bike for my son to go back and forth from school. He loves it. It keeps it's charge for a long time. We charge it like once a week. He's 6'2 about 220 and this bike is comfortable for him. It's so much fun that even my husband wants one now.
It was so easy to set up and get started. My wife and I both now each have a Velowave. Got her the Rover and I have the Ranger. She Got on it and loved every second of it. Smooth ride and so fast! The step through and it's so comfortable and love the fat tire feel. We can't wait to go around town showing off the coolest things on 2 wheels! So happy we decided to get them!
I did a lot of research into which fat tire eBike would be the best value for what I was looking for. I wanted to shorten the time it took to ride to work and have a more comfortable ride while doing so. With my road bike, it would take on average 55 minutes to travel 15 miles each way. With my new Ranger, I am making the same commute in 30 minutes. This bike moves! Minimal effort pedaling and you cruise easily at 25mph. With any effort in the low gear, I easily ride at 29-31mph. I could not be more happy with my Velowave Ranger! After 150 miles of riding, here is my review to this point: Saddle is very comfortable with or without bike shorts. Hydraulic brakes work great. Light is sufficient for dawn/ dusk riding but I add another light when I am riding in the dark. Aesthetically, this thing bike is beautiful. I get so many compliments on it and people stop and stare. The motor is very quiet. When I am riding in the grass (which this bike just floats over) there is not tire noise and all you can hear is a faint wind from the motor. I have only used the pedal assist mode which is very responsive. The throttle is ok but not nearly as peppy as the highest setting if pedal assist. The stock controller limits the throttle only to 20mph on the nose but the Velowave does sell an "off road" controller if you wanted to go faster then that without pedaling. I do not have this on my bike but will consider it in the future. For me, I like the pedaling and contributing Watts of my own! Suspension is adjustable and is smooth when taking bumps. So far so AMAZING and I recommend this bike to everyone.
