X-Treme TC-36 350W 36V is an affordable 36 Volt Lithium Battery powered Women's Frame Electric Step-Through Mountain Bicycle, running on a 350 Watt Zero Resistance rear hub motor.

Cancellations & Refunds:
All orders canceled after 24 hours are subject to up to a 20% administration fee, whether or not your order has shipped. If your order has shipped, you (the buyer) will also be responsible for actual return shipping charges. Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card that you use when placing your order.

Return Terms and Conditions:
Refunds will be for 100% of the entire purchase price including the original shipping costs.
At the discretion of X-Treme, a restocking fee of 15% may be deducted from refunds for items returned in their original condition within 15 days of purchase including but not limited to unauthorized returns.
Customers are responsible for returning merchandise at their own expense.
Merchandise must be received in 100% new, re-sellable condition. Merchandise is not eligible for refund if it has been ridden, worn, used, abused or damaged in any way.
Merchandise must arrive complete (including warranty cards, manuals, accessories, promotional items, etc.) and in the original packaging.
Customers must initiate return shipment of the merchandise within 15 days of the purchase date.
Preparing your product for Authorized R.M.A. return shipment:
Re-pack the merchandise securely in its original packaging, including the original contents of the box; warranty cards, Manuals, accessories, promotional items, etc.
Include a copy of your invoice.
Include a copy of the RMA notice you have received from us via our support department help desk.
Clearly print your RMA# on the return shipping label (on the outside of the box).For your protection we recommend all returns be sent via UPS, Federal Express, DHL or other courier that issues a tracking number. We recommend that the shipment is insured. The customer is responsible for damage or loss during return shipping.
Freight collect and COD packages will not be accepted.

12 Month (ONE YEAR) Warranty & Lifetime Frame Warranty models (Effective June 1st, 2018):
X-Treme offers a standard ONE Year limited warranty against manufacturer defect and workmanship on all model bicycles and their components that are purchased directly from X-Treme or an authorized Dealer. Original purchase receipt is required to establish proof of purchase and establish warranty start date.
Your warranty will be void if any modifications are made to the original design of the bike. X-Treme will NOT offer a warranty on any products purchased from second hand sellers, non-authorized Dealers, products that are purchased used or products that are purchased via outlet centers. X-Treme will, however, offer free lifetime technical support access on these products & if parts are needed those parts may be purchased directly from X-Treme.
Your warranty begins the day the bicycle is delivered to you. This warranty covers manufacturer defects and defaults only. We do not cover misuse or broken parts caused by the user or by any other event. We will pay for standard shipping service costs on the first & second warranty shipment only. Any additional warranty parts that are needed will require the customer to pay all shipping costs.
All replacement parts are warrantied until the end of the Original Manufacturer’s Warranty Period. If you receive your replacement part within the last month of the warranty, your replacement part will be warrantied for 30 Days from delivery of the replacement part.
We offer a full ONE Year warranty on all bicycle batteries to the original purchaser. City Rider battery is limited to 6 months (180 days). Your battery is warranted for any manufacturer defect in material or workmanship. The battery will be repaired or replaced free of charge. Original proof of purchase is required to establish proof of purchase and warranty effective date.
What is covered & what is not covered:
Shipping damage: Should your item arrive with damage that is a direct result of the assigned shipping carrier's mishandling, we will replace those damaged parts free of charge under warranty as long as the damage is reported immediately after delivery and the necessary photos are provided (see below). In the event that the damage is determined to be extensive, (digital photos will be required by email), at X-Treme’s discretion and after careful consideration, we may arrange to have the item picked up and returned to X-Treme for free replacement. X-Treme will provide technical support via phone or through our Support Help Desk to assist customers with the replacement of parts but will not pay labor charges to install such parts.
Required Photos for Damage Claim
- A photo of the packaging material used inside the box (e.g. bubble wrap, Styrofoam peanuts, cardboard dividers, etc.)
- A close-up photo of the shipping label with tracking number (please zoom in enough to read the tracking number which usually begins with 1Z)
- Two photos displaying all 6 sides of the package (1 photo should display the top and 2 sides, the 2nd photo should display the bottom and the opposite sides).
Please inspect the item for any visible damages upon delivery as any damage must be noted on the delivery receipt in order to be eligible for damage claims. Do not refuse the shipment. Please notify our Customer Service Department immediately after delivery if damage has occurred.
Tires, tubes & kick stands:These items are NOT covered unless they are damaged as a result of shipping.
During your applicable warranty period: X-Treme will replace any defective part free of charge and free of shipping charge to the original purchaser of the bicycle. We may require certain parts to be returned to X-Treme before replacing those parts. Shipping costs back to X-Treme must be paid for by the customer. Call tags or return shipping labels will not be issued.

I have had this bike for around a month and so far I am super happy with it. The quality and the battery seems good. The customer support at Urban-Ebikes is phenomenal. They answered all my questions promptly. Compare to other shops online, they have the best service.
Over all I'm satisfied with it's performance. Put a little over 30 miles on it so far. Only issues I've had so far was the tire tubes went flat right away. But not an issue since I had new tubes and tannus armor. I swapped em as they went flat and haven't had any more problems. I'm a big guy at 6 ft 6 in and 265 so the battery doesn't last as long I would like and I've found a hill it won't climb so I'll have to change the chain ring to a lower tooth count for my elk hunts for better hill climbing. All in all it's a good bike and very well built.
We bought two of these bikes and couldn't be more pleased. My wife at 5'4" loves hers. I catch her goofing around and playing Speed Racer on corners. I'm 6'1" and this bike is at it's limit. It's still an easy ride. It's smooth and the controls are easy to use. In 10 minutes the bikes were out of the box and ready to pedal. After the battery charged up it was 100%. This is a great e-bike to run to the store or to the beach. The frame is rugged and a neat design. Plan an extra few minutes for your ride time because people will be asking about your bike. The height adjustment for the handle bar is limited to the bar rotation (no post adjustment). This hasn't been a problem, just an observation. It's still a 5 star product. Customer service is exceptional. Communications were clear and they delivered as promised. This is a reliable team.
We (husband and I) purchased two Jupiter DiscoveryX5 electric folding bikes. We wanted something that we could ride around campgrounds plus also fit in the basement of our motorhome. This little jewel was perfect! We just got back from a big airshow in Oshkosh, WI and rode these all over the campground and everywhere we could. Being senior citizens - 67 and 74 - these allowed us to venture out more and not have to rely on the busses to get us to the venue where everything was taking place. I'm now thinking of places I can ride around my home as I don't want to wait until we travel again to enjoy this awesome bike.
We are full time boat cruisers and these bikes have been invaluable to us. Everywhere we go people stop us to ask where we got them and how we like them. It was virtually impossible to find an electric folding bike and those we did find were too heavy, too expensive or clunky. The JupiterBike Discovery X5 is easy to transport (we can even load them into our inflatable dinghy) and they perform great. We couldn't be happier!
Six months ago I left this review on Google maps. I can't say enough good about this company and the commitment to quality of product, service and consumer relations. Customer Service has been excellent in answering my questions or concerns usually within a couple hours of email if not the same day... I highly recommend this company and their products... proud owner of a JupiterBike Defiant. Almost 1200 miles on it and looking forward to many more. I now have over 3500 miles on my Defiant and have had a wonderful experience with the Tech Department and Customer Service when any concerns have popped up they have done a good job at addressing my concerns and getting me rolling again.
After a little over a year my review of the Defiant... I have spent more time on my bike that I ever have, it brought the fun back to biking. With a few very minor tweaks it became even more solid: - Kinect Seat-Post for an even smoother ride - Snow Air Fork - Brooks Seat You can go a pretty good distance on level 1, approximately 30 to 40 miles depending on the terrain. Overall, I highly recommend this VERY SOLID bike and I would definitely buy again. Pound for pound a bargain.
The Summit Electric Folding Bike is ahead of its - Time - every way you can think of from from its design to its 3 fin wheels makes me feel like I have a Mercedes Benz Bike …the battery being hidden in the inside of the bike is a serious game changer...it’s great on tough roads and handles bumps like there not even there...the disc breaks are smooth and definitely work, especially when you are going at a high speed...it has a USB charging port on the side where u turn on and off the bike which will help if your phone is dying or if u using it to make deliveries...super comfortable and I know for sure it goes over 28 mph because I witnessed it…overall everywhere I go I turn heads and people. Can’t believe it’s electric and folding...the folding part makes it very easy to store and it does take up a lot of space so if u want to travel with the bike u could...the bike is everything and more! I’m happy I stumbled upon this bike by ACCIDENT and one of the best things I did! Also, I caught it when it first came -n - still no one has a bike that compares …SUMMIT ELECTRIC FOLDING BIKE FOR THE WIN!!!
Love it so much! I live in the country and the area is mostly sandy. It does very well going up and down small hills. It's easy to go from manual to powered while you're riding it. I just can't say enough about it. It is just fun! Get one!
I love my new cargo bike. I have a hill to climb as soon as I start to ride and its so nice to go up the hill with out exerting myself. I get lots of compliments when I'm on my bike, it is definitely an eye catcher.

I have owned this e-bike for 3 months, and it has completely changed my life. I could barely walk or get good aerobic exercise because I had varicose veins in both legs, and I became very unfit. With this TROXUS Lynx e-bike, I can ride more than 10 km in one go, which is an acceptable intensity for my body. I sweat slightly at the end of each ride, I got a great workout, and I'm thankful for it!
Everyone tells me that this bike has the biggest tires that they have ever seen on a bike . I'm blown away with how much fun it is to ride this fat tire creation! I take it to the beach and ride in sand n dirt. handles extremely well, and no need for shocks.
